Data Deletion

Bayna is designed to keep core expense data under your control. The exact deletion behavior must be rechecked against the final release build before store submission.

Delete Data on Your Device

You can delete transactions, categories, and related records in the app where deletion controls are available. You can also remove local app data through your device's app settings or by uninstalling Bayna.

Deleting an imported transaction may also save display-safe source metadata so the same SMS or notification source is not imported again.

Delete Google Drive Backups

If you enabled Google Drive backup, Bayna backups are stored in Google Drive private app data for the Google account you selected. You can delete backups from Bayna where the delete action is available. You can also revoke Bayna's Google access from your Google Account.

Disconnecting Google access stops future backup access but may not delete backups that already exist. Delete backups separately if you want them removed.

Request Support Record Deletion

Email privacy@usebayna.com with the subject "Bayna Data Deletion Request" if you want Tiny Foundry to delete support or privacy request records associated with your email address, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.

Purchases and Accounts

The inspected release dependencies did not include app accounts or Google Play Billing. If accounts, subscriptions, or purchases are added before launch, this page must be updated with account deletion, cancellation, refund, and restore-purchase details.

What May Be Retained

Tiny Foundry may retain limited records when needed to respond to requests, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, or keep records required by law.
