Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Bayna, a private expense tracker published by Tiny Foundry. They should be reviewed with legal counsel before public app store submission.

App Use

Bayna helps you organize personal transaction information from manual entries, bank SMS alerts, and bank notifications that you choose to use. Bayna is intended for personal review and expense awareness.

You are responsible for reviewing transactions, categories, budgets, notes, and any imported information before relying on it. Automated parsing can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect.

What Bayna Is Not

Bayna is not a bank, wallet, lender, payment processor, investment advisor, tax advisor, accounting service, credit product, or financial advisor. Bayna does not move money, open accounts, issue cards, provide credit, guarantee savings, or replace bank statements.

Accounts and Purchases

The inspected release dependencies did not include Google Play Billing or an in-app purchase SDK. If subscriptions, trials, lifetime purchases, or paid features are added before launch, the store listing, privacy policy, support page, and these terms must be updated with price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore-purchase instructions.

Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Bayna, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer parts of the app where prohibited by law, use the app for unlawful activity, or submit support requests that include another person's private information without permission.

You should not use Bayna to store information that you are not allowed to access or process.

Permissions and Data

Bayna's automation features require permissions you choose, such as SMS access, notification access, local notification permission, and Google Drive backup access. You can skip automation and track manually. If you revoke permissions, related features may stop working.

The privacy policy explains how Bayna handles data and backups.

Availability and Platform Support

Bayna is preparing for Android launch. iOS is planned for later and should not be treated as available until an App Store listing and iOS data practices are verified.

Features, supported markets, supported banks or senders, pricing, and store availability may change. Bayna may not recognize every bank, wallet, card, language, currency, or alert format.

Changes to Terms

Tiny Foundry may update these terms as Bayna changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
