Common Questions

Does Bayna require bank login?

No. Bayna is designed to work from bank alerts on your device, not bank account linking.

Can I use Bayna manually?

Yes. Manual tracking remains available when SMS or notification automation is skipped or disabled.

How do I change SMS or notification permissions?

Use Bayna settings where available and Android system settings for app permissions and notification access. If a permission is turned off, the related automation feature may stop until you enable it again.

Why did Bayna miss or misread a transaction?

Banks and wallets use many alert formats. Bayna may miss unsupported senders, languages, currencies, partial merchant labels, promotional messages, OTPs, or alerts that do not include enough transaction detail. You can add or edit transactions manually.

How do I back up or restore data?

Bayna's Google Drive backup uses private app data for the Google account you choose. Backup files are hidden from My Drive. If backup or restore fails, include your device model, app version, and the approximate time of the issue when contacting support.

How do I restore purchases?

The inspected release dependencies did not include Google Play Billing or another purchase SDK. If paid features are added before launch, this page must be updated with restore-purchase instructions.

How do I delete my data?

Is iOS available?

Bayna is preparing for Android launch first. iOS is coming soon and should not be treated as available until an App Store listing is published.
